「I could not find the place,,,,so therefor I was made to pay for extra accommodation…..not happy…..」

「We booked two rooms for our family and our stay coincided with the heat wave. One was interior but had a/c and was quiet at night. The other was an upgraded suite but it did not have a/c so the only option for air flow was to keep the balcony door open. Sadly, the balcony opened to the hotel wedding reception area so our evenings were disturbed by music with heavy bass and chatter until 12:30am all nights of our stay.」

「The check-in was an indicator of how the stay would go. We were given room key and told it was straight down the corridor opposite the reception desk. It transpired that the room was almost at the furthest point one could be from the reception area and involved a number of changes of direction and finally a very steep and narrow staircase with literally no landing outside the room. 「This was the star of the trip! Their awards are well earned. I have travel very many places and this was the best overall stay. They even helped get our rental fixed. We will bypass Dublin next trip and come straight to Killarney Park Hotel!」
