Nettes Hotel, leider war das Zimmer bisschen kalt

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett war bequem. Leider war das Zimmer etwas kalt und die Heizung hat nicht so gut funktioniert.

Nice locatio, basic hotel

The room we booked was spacious and clean but the bathroom was small and old. We stayed in the hotel in November with a lot of young people (instructors), which was ok but the food was not really good. Breakfast was very basic and for dinner only buffet was available with limited offer of food. Neither the wine selection was sufficient. So, if you look for a basic accommodation at a nice location (couple of minutes by ski bus in front of the hotel), it is ok.

A week skiing at the Pitztaler gletcher

Went for week with skiing in Pitztal. Hotel Andreas Hofer, Garni was a very good choice with a nice room that I got upgraded to a lagre one including a great breakfast buffet including cooked breakfast. On the ground floor there is a great spa area with 4 saunas and a relax area wich is a must after skiing and after ski. In addition you get 20% off on the local Ski rental! Had a great stay!

Ziemlich lustlos das Ganze...

Naja, schlecht war es nicht unbedingt, aber auch nicht gut. Vorweg das Positive: Es war sauber und man wohnt fast direkt gegenüber der Talstation des Liftes. Leider ist das Personal nur halb motiviert (einzige Ausnahme: Oberkellner Klaus? Hans? nun, es gibt nur einen wirklich fähigen und freundlichen Angestellten, der fällt auf. Allein kann er es aber auch nicht rausreißen...). Es sind eher die Kleinigkeiten: Angestellte rauchen tagsüber im Essenssaal, in der Sauna gibt es Tee - aber keine sauberen Becher, schlecht eingestellter Röhrenfernseher auf dem Zimmer, Frühstück irgendwo zwischen mäßig und lasse-ich-besser-liegen (Dosenobst, OSaft aus Sirup, ausgetrockenes Omelett usw.), WLAN funktioniert kaum usw... Nein, muss nicht wieder sein.
