"Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. "

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and would undoubtedly go back. The staff were so dedicated and memorable, specifically Bambi and Marl, who will forever live in our hearts as a beautiful addition to our honeymoon memories. Multiple times throughout our stay, I was brought to tears because of the exceptional service and experience. I can not...
