"This hotel is a bit removed from the main tourist areas, but still close enough to reach several of them by motorbike in about 8 minutes. It’s an oasis that lets you escape the noise of the towns when you’re ready to relax. Very charming, nicely decorated, simple, and tasteful. The staff is incredibly friendly, the breakfast is good, and they offer bikes and motorbikes at a very reasonable price. "It was a special treat to stay here. If you have a motorbike and want to stay out of the crowds of tam coc for part of your visit it’s an easy 25 minute ride to all points of interest there. The place is full of amazing ponds that look like a fairy tale. We spent 2 nights and were the only guests. They made us dinner both nights. The hosts were amazing. The pool is giant and deep, but was empty and being cleaned. I loved the stay and would recommend it to anyone who wants some piece and quiet...

"Jiva Hoa Lu was an excellent choice for us to enjoy a few days in Ninh Binh. Firstly, the location is very close to the center of Tom Coc, where there is access to the river boat tours, restaurants and simple shopping. A hotel electric golf cart can drop you off and pick you up via a request on their app. Upon arrival into the Indochine inspired reception area, friendly and helpful staff greet you and take care of luggage. The grounds are set amongst a backdrop of the limestone mountains and create a private space for the resort. The pool is massive and offers cocktails and the main menu. The rooms are spotless with a comfortable firm bed and crisp sheets for a good rest. Each room has its own wireless access to power devices and TV apps. Breakfast offers delicious Vietnamese and Western options. Don’t hesitate to book!"
