「非常好」

「Das Hotel ist neu und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Familie, die sich um das Hotel kümmert, ist unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit, wodurch man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut – ganz nah am Zentrum von Tam Coc und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Leider habe ich nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, habe mich aber sehr wohlgefühlt. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.」

「Spacious and clean rooms, pool and landscaping were beautiful. Went to old town Hoa Lu for meals and shopping. Staff called for transportation, we chose “green” auto, staff told us the price beforehand and it was cheaper than regular taxi. They helped us arrange for rides and visits to Trang An/Tam Coc without using any Tour and it was much more efficient and comfortable and cost less.」

「De familie was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het zwembad was goed onderhouden. Het ontbijt was ok. En er is een heel lekker restaurant vlak achter.」

「Vi var super glade for vores ophold på hotellet! Det er et super hyggeligt hotel hvor der er mange ting at lave. Poolen er stor og der er god mulighed for at sole sig. Man kan leje cykler gratis hvilket vi benyttede os meget af. Hotellet ligger dejligt hvis man gerne vil cykle en tur og bo et stille og roligt sted. Herudover var der de sødeste killinger :) de var så cute. Personalet er også super venligt og hjælpsomme. 」

「This is a family owned hotel. Clean room. Friendly and very helpful staff. Wifi was spotty but worked most of the time. Breakfast had to be ordered 30 minutes before time as the mother of the family serves as the cook too. As there is not a restaurant very nearby we suggested to them to either get microwaves in each room or 2 in the dining room. Guests need to be able to warm up food. Need rubber mats in bathrooms as tiles are very slippery and people can get injured easily.」

「Este homestay lo elegimos por como se veía la habitación, lamentablemente tuvieron un problema y la habitación que nos tocaba estaba fuera de servicio. La encargada nos ofreció habitación en otro lugar cercano pero no estaba al mismo nivel así que le pedimos la devolución y tuvimos que buscar otro lugar donde quedarnos de último momento. Por suerte conseguimos lugar」

「Rooms were large, about a 5-10 minute walk to the center of town.」

「Overall our stay was just ok. The staff are lovely and if they weren’t doing renovations hanging out by the pool would be really nice but there are power tools going all day at the moment. The free bike hire and cheap scooter hire was really good! Our issues we had were at night. Mosquitos would find their way into our room even when we kept everything locked up so we were bitten throughout the night. Also there was a rooster right outside our room who started going off every morning at 3-4am...
