"Had a 1 bedroom apartment with an AMAZING view. Hotel is a bit out of town which was perfect for me as I prefer calm and quiet anf did not mind the walk into town but others may not like this. Included airport shuttle was good. Breakfast was excellent when there was power. However, on the last morning the power was out AND there was no water. So could not even shower before the long trip home. Brrakfast was also very limited and staff were not as helpful at this time. A hotel of this size should have a backup generator to run essential electricity, ovens for food and plumbing. There was a very competant and kind young woman called Freya who worked both front desk and at the retaurant; she truly understood excellent customer service and I am very grateful for her! So, in summary, I would recommend this hotel when there is not a power outage!"
