「The hotel’s location is excellent - right in front of beautiful Saone and very close to Lyon old town. The transportation details provided by the hotel is so clear that I was able to arrive the hotel easily by public transportation without any issue. In addition, the hotel staff are very supportive and willing to assist, which make my stay relaxed and comfortable. 」

「原本看評論是一家好飯店，結果這是一家很糟糕的飯店，飯店人員一點都不友善，詢問有沒有熱水壺可以煮熱水泡牛奶給寶寶，服務人員回覆態度糟糕，房間裡面也都沒有暖氣供應，checking in 的時候有付停車費，當我們把車子開到地下停車場的時候，飯店櫃檯人員衝到地下停車場跟我們大聲吼叫說我們沒有付停車費，實在是很無言與生氣😡，後來到櫃檯了解原因：原來是飯店櫃檯人員沒有把我們的房間註明有付停車費，飯店櫃檯人員態度還是很囂張無理的裝沒事，下次再也不會來這家飯店住宿」

「短暫停留一天，沒有特別的感覺哪兒好或不好，但就是覺得，以同位價的飯店來比較的話，這飯店離安錫車站也不算特別近、離安錫湖又有段距離…如果有其它選擇的話，它應該不會是我一下次的首選。 另外一提，這個飯店房間內沒有小冰箱哦！」

「第一，房间很小。第二，房间里没有拖鞋，问前台要了一双，质量很差的那种。第三，房间里烧水壶也没有的，要喝热水得用咖啡壶。第四，阳台就是顶楼露台，下雨天就用不了了。第五，双人床其实是2张单人床拼起来的，中间有凹陷。」

「We enjoyed our 2-night stay at the MOB hotel very much. Located at the hip area of Confluence with tramway next door, the hotel’s exterior is very contemporary and modern. 「We killed two cockroaches in our apartment at the first night. We reported to the reception the following day and we were changed to another one. In the second apartment, we found the ceiling in the bathroom with lots of molds and some of the plates were very dirty and with molds as well. We didn't borther to change to another room again.
