「I stayed in a cottage in Shambala Estate on a relaxed drive up to Cairns from Melbourne with my two dogs. It was simply beautiful. When I opened the door it smelt great, there was soft music playing and it looked gorgeous. My stay was relaxed and comfortable in a beautiful and clean room. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend.」

「The location is superb which is close to an outlet and there are many scenic places in the vicinity, too. The accommodation is also outstanding providing all necessary utensils and facilities. It also provides a nice view from the balcony. With such a reasonable price this place is highly recommended and we would come back again when I travelled to Gold Coast next time. P.S. The door is self-locked but if it can provide a safety lock it would be more perfect.」

「小孩看電視不知按到什麼，退房時竟要繳澳幤約快90元，櫃檯説是看影片，覺得很無理，需要自費電視台應上鎖，顧客有需求再去櫃檯要求解鎖，不應開放讓小孩隨手可以看到，至於看什麼影片需付費，到現在我還是有疑問？我住了28天，每天小孩看電視我都在，都是看卡通而已，這家飯店有故意欺騙顧客的嫌疑，心中感覺被欺騙，以後我不會再去住了⋯⋯」

「Great Location. Beach,shopping mall,supermarket,restraunts, everything just in a within 5 minutes walk distance. Facilities and room decoration reminds me of my 80s' era.but at least they works well. a litle bit noise in the nights. may stay again next time. the price is pretty high in peak time.」
