「Das Zimmer war super. Hohe Boxspringbetten. Jedes Bett mit 2 Kopfkissen. Balkon und gutes Bad. Tresor und Kleiderbügel. Alle Angestellten waren immer nett, höflich und hilfsbereit. Pool war sehr sauber und ausreichend. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr gut.」

「die Zimmer wurden nicht richtig gereinigt. Schmutzige Handtücher. Mehrere Male Stromausfall. Eintöniges Frühstück. Unfreundlich Personal kein begrüßen beim rein oder rausgehen des Hotels. Beim ansprechen von Problemen oder dreckigen Handtücher kam keine Entschuldigung oder sonstiges. 」

「I also didnt want to leave an amazing review as i dont want this place to be as popular. The staff on arrival were so welcoming and helpful and as a solo traveller this is always a bonus. The room had a balcony overlooking the pool and just beyond that is the sea. Perfect weather and views all round. The food and drinks at the bar are so reasonably priced and both excellent. Special thanks to Ana she is amazing and also Mario for making me feel so at home.」

「Huge rooms, spacious, clean, well equipped」

「Staff were pleasant but not actually helpful. Had to ask 4 separate times between 12 noon until 9pm to get extra bedding. Multiple staff said it would be no problem and could be brought right away then never did. Whilst checking in the member of staff answered a call when with us without explanation. Multiple other small examples whereby the staff just seemed to not want to be particularly helpful or efficient. Third bed in rooms is not actually a bed - it’s a camp bed with smaller pillows...

「My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and we were very comfortable. We went in March so it was fairly quiet in the area. The staff were kind and very helpful. Our room was clean and bright with lots of windows. There wasn’t much privacy in the bathroom with glass walls and doors so it would be best suited for solo traveller or close couples. 」

「We had a great stay at the hotel. While there was a leak in our room, the staff responded immediately to check on it. Although the leak wasn’t fully resolved, we chose to remain in the same room. The rooftop Sky Bar staff were fantastic—providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and local events. Special thanks to Babs for his outstanding service and hospitality.」

「Sehr lautes Zimmer, direkt über der Animationfläche. Sehr laute Musik abends, daher unmöglich zu schlafen. Überfülltes Frühstück und sehr viele Kinder. Zimmer war Modern aber der Boden war immer dreckig. 」

「The manager (old lady) lacks compassion and isn’t very friendly or welcoming. However the rooms are lovely and spacious. The sea view room is absolutely stunning! 」

「The reception were great, the staff at breakfast had lost interest and the will to live, the room was fine and clean, but the breakfast was awful, cooked breakfast that was sitting in bowls cold, coffee was poor and the cold drinks were awful. But for the money it was a fair place to stay.」

「Given the price of the rooms, they are really good. The room was clean. Each room has its own balcony, which is great. It was everything that I needed. 」

「Very so so, the staff didn't have the room that I book for the first night and saying hotel.com didn't send the booking information early that they only receive the booking before I check-in 24 hours... So, they don't have the room I book and only give me a breakfast that I will never use, and the breakfast only cost Euro 5 that I book my room cost Euro 100 more than the standard room」

「Great pool and daybeds. Amazing breakfast. Daily housekeeping. Fluffy bathrobes. Excellent gym and spa. Convenient location to Obeach and Ibiza rocks. Stunning rooftop bar and restaurant. We would have preferred less kids around the pool area as they were a bit disturbing….but i guess i had assumed it was an adults only hotel when i booked it…..but overall a very cool vibe and we enjoyed our stay :) 」
