Barracuda é um lugar onde você entra e não quer mais sair. Hotel maravilhoso, vista linda e o atendimento é algo fora do normal, todos os funcionários muito bem treinados e querendo sempre te servir da melhor forma possível. Vale muito a pena passar dias no barracuda

Barracuda Beach hotel foi uma agradável surpresa em Itacaré Apesar de não ter acesso a praia e da praia mais próxima ser pouco aconselhável a qualidade do serviço te faz esquecer desse detalhe Tudo novo e de muito bom gosto

O sul da Bahia foi decretado estado de alerta e calamidade pública . Solicitei com 10 dias de antecedência a troca da minha estadia para um período de baixa estação . E foi negado é cobrado 2750 reais . Não indico para ninguém !!!

Hotel lindo!

Hotel incrível, acomodação excelente, confortável, limpo, espaçoso, decoração linda e super atual. A piscina é o ponto alto do hotel, que não é pé na areia. Tem fácil acesso a praia, mas não gostei da mesma. Preferi ficar na piscina todos os dias! O hotel não é kids friendly, faltam opções para as crianças; não há academia tb. A culinária é incrível!!!! Café da manhã espetacular! Ponto fraco: quando cheguei ao hotel, tive a surpresa que deveria pagar mais 30% por estar com uma criança de 5 anos. Porém esta ressalva não constava em lugar nenhum. Cobra-se uma diária com valor alto e ainda queriam cobrar algo não combinado anteriormente? A atendente me disse que EU deveria ter avisado, entendo que deveria estar na politica de contratação. Me disse ainda que o obvio que eu tivesse contatado o hotel para avisá-los. Não gostei da forma, do conteudo e conduta. No final, cobraram apenas o cafe da manhã da criança; Equipe do restaurante fantástica!

Hotel incrível, impecável e com uma das melhores vistas do Brasil! Não há defeitos para apontar! :) Atendimento maravilhoso de todo o staff, todos sempre sorridentes, com melhores indicações, sugestões e não deixam faltar nada ao hóspede... destaco aqui a Silvana, que nos atendia no café da manhã e à tarde na piscina/almoço. O quarto é maravilhoso, limpeza impecável e ainda deixam docinhos à noite quando fazem a abertura da cama para dormir! :) Única sugestão, que nós e alguns hóspedes que conhecemos comentaram também: construir uma academia com equipamentos de última geração e modernos (com o preço da diária deveria conter e estar incluso), uma academia para aqueles que não podem deixar de fazer seu treino... seria o PLUS para este hotel! Parabéns Barracuda tribe! Voltaremos muitas outras vezes!

Helpful staff, delicious food and great design! The Barracuda Beach Hotel is without a question a special place to stay and the best hotel in Bahia! I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Itacare or Bahia!

Hotel bonito mas sem estrutura

O atendimento do hotel é excelente, porém a estrutura deixa muito a desejar. O hotel possui além do quarto apenas um espaço comum para os hóspedes. Piscina, lobby, restaurante são o mesmo local. Não existe spa, sauna, piscina aquecida, nada. Ocorreram eventos no hotel “único espaço comum disponível” restringindo a única opção para quem não quisesse participar do evento a ficar em seu quarto. O menu do restaurante foi reduzido duas vezes. Sendo o hóspede obrigado a comer o brunch do evento. No brunch havia crianças correndo e gritando. Choveu por vários dias e pela falta de estrutura a maioria dos hóspedes sofreu. Havia famílias que estavam tentando a todo custo ir embora. Não sugiro ir com família para lá. Viagem a casal, poucos dias e observe a previsão do tempo atentamente!!!
