Já estive no hotel em outras oportunidades. Gostaria de pontuar a qualidade media baixa do restaurante para refeição e falta de pessoal para atendimento. Pedi um drink desde sexta feira somnete chegou o suco de tomate no domingo à tarde, logicamente isso é uma falta de olhar para o hóspede.

Equipe bacana, bom café da manhã, mas acessibilidade nota 1. Tem um elevador que leva a recepção e deu. Todos os outros acessos são por escada, num mundo que está ficando velho e com muitas pessoas com deficiência motora, o hotel ainda não acordou para essa realidade. Tivemos problemas com an internet 2 dias sem funcionar e sem resolução de resto… bacana. Ahhh limpeza tem que solicitar na recepção… oi ?!?

Vista maravilhosa

Formidável. Conheço a Ilha muito bem e já me hospedei em vários hotéis em Ilhabela. Esse é um dos melhores porque oferece infraestrutura necessária para que vc nem precise sair dele. Tem praia particular, piscina climatizada, jacuzzi, inúmeras cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras, tudo com uma vista incrível. O ponto "negativo" vai para os quartos pois são pequenos e carecem de sofisticação. Como o hotel tem vários níveis, não é recomendado para pessoas com necessidades especiais e/ou dificuldade para subir e descer de escadas.

a nossa estadia no hotel barra do piuva foi incrível! a estrutura do hotel é perfeita, com muito lazer e conforto, além de funcionários muito bem treinados e educados. infelizmente no último dia da nossa estadia tivemos uma experiência negativa por conta de um grupo de hóspedes extremamente mal educados e desrespeitosos com os demais hóspedes e com funcionários, que estavam desrespeitando as regras do hotel, usando caixa de som e fazendo gritarias com palavras de baixo calão. na nossa impressão isso afetou muito a nossa última diária, pois o hotel não pareceu impor as regras. alem disso, na hora de ir embora, o nosso carro estava sem bateria, depois de termos deixado no serviço de manobrista do hotel. ainda não sabemos exatamente o que aconteceu, foi bem ruim, pois acabou atrasando um pouco a nossa saída, mas os funcionários do hotel nos atenderam com muita agilidade e bastante solícitos, solucionando o problema. de uma forma geral, amamos o hotel, mas estamos inseguros de voltar e encontrar os memos hóspedes novamente.

Muito bom mas pode melhorar

O hotel é ótimo, quarto confortável, roupas de cama, toalha e amenidades de banho são de qualidade, café da manhã e todo cardápio para almoço, jantar e lanches bom, funcionários educados e receptivos. A única questão é que poderiam rever o horário de check-in e check-out , entrar às 16h e sair 12h na época da pandemia tudo bem, hoje em dia não tem justificativa, certo seria entrar 14h saindo 12h como a maioria dos hotéis, ou então prorrogar o checkout para as 13h ou 14h, apesar de poder usar as áreas comuns do hotel, essa diferença de horários atrapalha em termos de conforto e incomoda comparado a outros hotéis de mesmo nível. Outra questão é que para quem não tem boa mobilidade o terreno é íngreme e tem muitas escadas para se chegar na praia, o elevador só vai ate a recepção.

O hotel é lindo, fica em uma região maravilhosa de Ilhabela. Experiencia incrivel! Desde a recepçao, comodidades do espaço comum (pré checkin e pos ckeckout) até os serviços de praia e piscina, cafe da manha! Otima vista do quarto para o mar. Estacionamento de facil acesso tb é um grande diferencial. Super recomendo!!

Hotel maravilhoso, com uma vista incrível e excelente equipe. O único ponto negatico fica para o chuveiro, que esquenta demais e a torneira da água fria não acompanha bem. De resto é fantástico.

Incrível, hotel muito bem localizado, ótimo atendimento, paisagem perfeita. Café da manhã muito bom, atendimento do restaurante/bar também excelentes. Piscina aquecida, muito boa mesmo! Apenas o quarto que achamos um pouco pequeno, mas nada que atrapalhasse nossa estadia.
