"My boyfriend and I had a nice stay here. Very cosy place, the cabins have everything you need. The pusada serves coffee and cake every day at h17, which was very nice. The beds were a bit on the firm side, the wifi was very on and off, but apart from that, a very pleasant stay. Ilha Grande is gorgeous!"

"I read reviews about this property that helped me to choose it, big mistake. Whoever highly rated this place probably doesn't know better, very basic. You feel like you're in someone's house as opposed in a pousada. There's definitely better options for the cost of it. The overnight guy was very nice but one ladie in the day time was rough, from my room I could hear they talking on their phone, loud. Never again 😒. "

"O lugar é bonito, a suite espaçosa, porém a pousada parece abandonada: a localização é de difícil acesso e longe de tudo, não há funcionários suficientes para recepcionar nem atender os hóspedes, não tem frigobar. Ao chegarmos, esperamos um tempo até encontrarmos um funcionário encarregado que aparentemente faz tudo. A limpeza é sofrível. Destaque para o atendimento carinhoso e prestativo do Alan e da Tainá que faz um café da manhã extremamente delicioso, cada dia um bolo diferente pão de queijo quentinho e bem caseiro, tempero maravilhoso nas refeições, enfim, nota 1000, tem também a filhinha deles Maria um anjinho, linda e simpática. "The host asked me to pay upon my arrival as she supposedly had not received the money from hotels.com, even though I had prepaid through the plaftorm. Despite proof of payment provided to hotels.com and countless interactions with customer service, the hotel did not admit getting the payment twice and hotels.com completely let me down, saying it's the hotel's conditions and that they can't do anything about it. "Standing on our balcony looking out at the ocean was wonderful. Three nearby restaurants (Steak & Beach, Cafe do Mar and Sorretino) were excellent. It was only a short walk to beaches away from the main town (Julia, Bica) and not a long walk to a wonderful more secluded beach (Abraaozinho). The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good - including eggs by request. It was a bit of haul getting from the pier to this pousada, but good to get away from the central area. The only problem was weak internet, but I was glad to have a vacation from my email. Overall, this was great value for an excellent place."
