They went above and beyond our expectations and emailed to say that the room was ready When we arrived back at check in they had upgraded our room. 「The room was quiet, the heat pump worked well, the water was hot, the pools were great. Very clean. We had trouble figuring out the cooktop and coffee machine, but the staff patiently taught us. Grocery store down the hill, and huge one at the mall nearby. Walking to Tavira wasn’t very nice, so we drove.」

「1, very good flat with new decoration. 2, The flat is including small kitchen with microwave, electronic oven and tableware, it is very convenient to cooking anytime. 3, They didn't have wifi in the room, but you can rent a router with €50 deposit and make a booking in advance, it is ok for us.」
