「The property was fantastic,it had all the amenities that is available ie swimming pool Sauna Turkish Bath and a SPA.The breakfast was exceptional,Apart from the above i have to mention the friendly helpful and cheerful staff at the resort」

「We were very thankful we could store our luggage and use the facilities both on the day of arrival and departure as we arrived early and had a later train. The staff was so friendly and offered suggestions for activities. The pool was nice and the pool bar had great food and cocktails. The breakfast had many choices. The room was clean and spacious. We were able to book a shower room on our last day which was greatly appreciated. The staff went above and beyond. Would come back!」

「Great stay at Laguna resort, which is a quiet and relaxing retreat on the outskirts of Vilamoura. Taxi to the marina is around €6, excluding tip. You could walk although it’s about 30mins in the heat. Limited dining options on the resort but plenty within a short taxi ride. Villa cleaned 6 days (Sunday off), downside was the hot tub is not operational and top level unusable, also patio area could have been cleaner. 「前臺的員工非常友善特別是年紀較大英文最好的男性員工房間的空間感非常舒適和酒店地點無話可說不是很新的傢具但是一塵不染我住了一個星期這個booking 之前還有二個只是住頂樓時有個個子細小的白人清潔員打掃馬虎我不需要她整理床鋪她幹脆房間都不清理打掃其他日子都不錯建議一定要入住海景房坐在超大的露臺你絕對不會失望不得不提酒店的早餐就强差人意每天都一樣很一般」

「Me ha gustado las instalaciones, piscinas exteriores y piscins interior. Lo que mejoraria es el catering. 」

「All staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. We had a huge apartment with a huge balcony facing the golf course. The hotel arranged the new year party for the guests and we had an excellent time. When we left the hotel, I forgot my favourite T-shirt in the bedroom. The day after I rang and told the reception what happened. The staff took their time to look for my shirt and found it. My T-shirt even arrived home before we did. Excellent service.」
