"On arrival they had no record of our reservation due to a computer problem, no idea if it was the hotel or Hotels.Com problem. "Great centrally located property, the Residence is a two minute walk from the hotel. No air conditioning and the bed was very uncomfortable. Clean, bright little studio apartment. You have to wear a swimming cap in the pool and spa."
