「The staff was helpful in solving the issue while the event in the old city forbids any taxi coming in to pick us up. She was resourceful in getting an electric bike and get our luggage and then ourselves to the train station.」

「We stayed 3 nights. Very nice hotel, front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful, reserved a parking (35 euro daily) in the basement, we had Deluxe room with 2 twin beds, it was pretty new and modern but small ( barely can fit 2 suitcases), can hear rain drop sound from ceiling at night and morning (may be were footsteps). Heater towel warmer rack in the bathroom to dry clothes was great. Our friend had Juior Suite for 25 euro more per night, next time we would choose this kind of the...

「酒店的服務員的態度是可以的，但房間的設備卻十分差 - wifi 接收很差、沒有任何用具、包括茶杯、茶包、coffee、肥皂、甚至水壺都要到 reception counter 要求才有。此外、房間十分細小，浴室更肥胖小小也使用時會很困難。」

「There was a very ‘drainy’ smell when we first went into the room- no idea where it came from but it disappeared very quickly. Beautifully clean room which was tidied every day. All the staff we were in contact with were very helpful and pleasant. We ate in the restaurant twice (apart from breakfasts) and the food was good with a varied choice on the menu. 」
