「Excellent place to stay with a family, our 3,6 and 11 year olds loved the outdoor spaces, the gardens and play areas are fantastic and the lounge areas are also great for families. The room was a good size and the dining room had great food at decent prices, esp as kids eat for £1! You can walk directly from the hostel to many different paths into countryside or dovedale. Our family loved this place, I highly recommend it.」

「It was faultless. Warm and clean and everything you need for a stay as close as you can get to Alton Towers. Space to park and leave your car. 2-3 minutes walk to the turnstiles at Alton towers. Highly recommend the place.」

「Excellent stay, really comfortable room with helpful staff. Restaurant was a gastronomic experience and I lived it.」

After check and clarified she confirmed already received my payment. And I called to Hotel.com the staff request me to pay again for the hotel and refund my previous payment with Hotel.com due to some payment issue between Hotel.com and the Hotel. But is it the issue of customer why i have to do that. Also...

「Family friendly and clean room」

「Nice lounge to relax and read. Breakfast was great quality, lots of choice and good coffee! We booked a private room with ensuite which was in the barn annex. This was basic, but ok, but the heating wasn't working in that building. Soaking wet after 20mile walk. Staff eventually moved us to another private room, 4 bed, in the main building. On arrival at 5pm was told to order dinner before 6.30pm as there was a large group booked in at 7pm. So we did at 6.00pm only to be told the chef was now...

「还不错的B&B旅馆」

「Really clean room had everything you need. Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Shops were a five minute walk but down a steep hill but we didn't mind.」

「This property is beyond a ten in every way, it is everything an English country cottage should be. The village is delightful and the local pubs and people are very friendly. Lots of lovely walks. We were sad to leave.」

「Very good clean well managed.」
