"Great place to stay"

"The hotel was fine for a quick stay. We were flying out the next day so just needed to be close to the airport. Really appreciated the free airport shuttle as most places were charging. The front desk staff were kind enough to let us switch our shuttle time the night before as well. The real standout for the hotel is Joesph/ Giuseppe who worked in the restaurant. He went out of his way to make every guests experience a special one. He was so attentive and kind. He gave us extra information on the wine and where is came from. He was phenomenal. "

"Breakfast was awesome. No real bar service. The gentleman (Alberto) at front dedk was exceptional. The others were acceptable. Breakfast staff were very good. Room had ants, lots of it. House keeping staff was very good. Gym was closed for renovation and there was no spa."

"Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, but there were a few inconveniences during our stay. The mini fridge in the room was not working, and the AC system was a bit complicated to operate. In addition, the shuttle service to the local train station had very limited hours and required advance reservations, which made transportation less convenient than expected. Despite these issues, the stay was still pleasant overall."

"The food was amazing. Had dinner in the dinning room Chef was extremely kind ,Loved his suggestions. Breakfast was also fantastic. Loved the room and the staff was supper helpful and friendly. We travel a lot, and we would go again Adèle"

"Great location for bus to airport and to the train station to get into Venice. Quite rooms with everything you need, including mini fridge."
