「A lovely boutique hotel in a very central location, just off Piazza Castello. Service is very efficient and staff very accomodating . Breakfast plentiful and very tasty. We had a Premium room, which was adequate and comfortable for our family of 4. The bathroom had 2 fixed shower heads - a handheld one would have been more convenient. 「Perfect location in the city center. Basic room with large bathroom ( exclusively for you) next door. Friendly and helpful staff. As the receptionist is only during day time mostly on phone. But as all doors etc can be remotely opened this was ok. As a basic room my room was not well suited for work. Check if others have better chairs/ desk.
