the facility and amenities were in good confition and clean.

「It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The staff were very thoughtful and kind. When I told them that this trip was to celebrate my husband’s birthday, they gave us a special gift 🎁 (thank you for the lovely cakes n cookies !).
Whenever we faced a problem, they patiently explained how to fix it. I will definitely stay there again the next time I visit Japan.
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Namba.」
