予約時に喫煙のお部屋しか空いてなくて仕方なく予約しました。別件もありホテルに電話した時に「もし当日禁煙のお部屋空いてたら変更お願いします」と伝えていたら、到着と共に「禁煙のお部屋空いたので変更しますね」と手続き変更してくださいました。とても親切で有り難かったです。またそちらに行った時は利用しようと思います。ありがとうございました。
