「Maybe a little dated but nice big room, friendly staff and very clean. Breakfast was also good.」

「Great hotel at a great price. The only suggestion I would make is to provide comforters for the beds. The AC works very well, which made the room quite cold, and there wasn’t a comforter available.」

「Very much a business hotel . The air conditioning and the safe didn’t work when we arrived but were soon fixed to the managements credit . Breakfast is average but sufficient, ruled over by a Manageress with the grace of a Rottweiler . Biggest gripe was noise , the big wide corridor echoed the loud voices of revellers heading to their rooms in the small hours of the morning. Whilst not the hotels fault we were woken on six of the seven nights we stayed . Certainly a comfortable enough stay but...

「Air conditioning didn't work. Internet didn't work. Woke up to bugs on the bed and all over the desk. Got another room for the next day. Air conditioning worked great, still no internet and still bugs. Nowhere near as many but 1 bug is too many. Nice lobby and pool don't do it for me if I have bugs in my room.」

「The main staff/manager Jesos is a man with many hats 1) he checked us in 2)he showed us in to breakfast , made our tea/coffee every day, showed us where everything was 3) sorted us out with a new key card when ours stopped working 4) helped my husband with technical issues on his ipad twice 5) checked us out Basically he was on hand throughout our 3 night stay, he is very welcoming, friendly, helpful We look forward to returning to tbe hotel later in tbe year The housekeeping was brilliant,...

「Everything was great, as far as facilities go. Perfect location for old town, port, restaurants, bars, etc. Very enjoyable experience. Cartagen̈a is great. To check in, however, there's a small, sliding-glass door to the office, to the right of the actual apartments where you have to check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you're driving, it takes a bit of work. I parked nearly directly in front of the apartment into a "yellow" parking zone. The staff will give you a discounted parking card...

「Did not eat」

「Room was very clean. It’s a ground floor apartment and can be a little noisy sometimes when people come in and out of the apartment block. The apartment is located a minute away from the Roman ampitheatre . 5min walk to the harbour front, shops and restaurants. There’s no view as it faces onto the street. Room facilities were good with the exception of the shower which we found difficult to regulate the temperature.」
