"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

You could not ask for better. We had a large bedroom with an excellent shower and toilet facility. Nevertheless, two areas to point out. This hotel does not have a lift and therefore is a problem for less physically able personnel. Although we had a large bedroom with all the usual bits and pieces,...

"Not very quiet...could hear guests in other rooms and in the halls. Toilet down the hall. No privacy with shower in corner of room. Cleaning service did not knock, but just tried to open the door 45 minutes before check-out. "
