「Non responsible hotel, contact number is not working. No one was presence when I was arrived. Kept bullying on tourist. Shame of Portugal. I had to book another hotel to survive at that night.」

「The stay was good. The house was really nice and clean, comfortable bed, however the communication with Armando wasn’t the best. He was really nice when we were there however a week after we left he accused us of breaking something we didn’t break without even asking us beforehand and also throwing us in the face that he had given us 2 slices of cheese and some jam and that we didn’t have the decency to tell him we had broken something when we really hadn't!
