"This place was disgusting and filthy. Unattended office, junk cars in the parking lot and smoke smell everywhere. We took one look at the room and drove to Leavenworth for a place to stay. Do NOT stay here or make a reservation through Hotels.com. The reviews have been rigged somehow. They have "no refund" signs everywhere. I am hoping my credit card company or Hotels.com can get me a refund. They would not let me look at the room until I paid. ...should have been a clue."

"The room was very clean and quite large for a for two double beds. The staff that I interacted with were all cheerful and very helpful. The breakfast had quite a good variety and everything that I tried was very good. I did not have time to use the pool or spa, however, when I peaked in there, everything looked very clean and tidy. Great place to stay, and I will be doing so again on my next visit to Cle Elum."
