Modern, beautiful hotel with incredible views. The staff was incredibly helpful with everything, bedroom and bathrooms were clean and full of amenities. Food at the Cask restaurant was also great. Wish I could stay here longer!!

Nicest hotel in town. Super friendly and helpful staff. Initially put us in a room on the 4th floor. No elevator and a couple of big heavy suitcases, so I asked if they could put us in a first floor room, which they happily did. Didn’t eat at the restaurant or use pool, but both looked nice. Would absolutely stay here again!

Newest hotel on the block, a lot quieter than the other hostels. New pool, very nice bar and restaurant. Lovely staff. Shower takes awhile to turn hot. We had great sleep.

The hotel is brand new and very well equipped. The restaurant Cask is excellent. The staff are exceptional, in particular, the manager Jack and the waiter/bartender Renzo. A fantastic day. Could not recommend more highly.

This property and rooms are pristine. My favorite feature in the room is the shower, which was much needed after traveling to so many places where the shower lacked. From the second we arrived the staff helped answer each of our questions and accommodated us in every way we asked. The onsite restaurant and bar also had the same great service and the food was good! The bar shuts down at a reasonable time so you have to worry about loud music keeping you up all night, which we appreciated. I would recommend this place to anybody!

Senoma Hotel was the tranquil stay we were hoping for! A perfect view of the sand dunes from a resort-like vibe of a stay; beautiful pool, tiki-like swim-up bar, very cool bar & restaurant, pristine rooms with brand new amenities, and overall lovely atmosphere. We had a few drinks and appetizers from their restaurant by the pool which were delicious and served with class. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (thank you so much Jack, Ana, and Valeria!), I would highly recommend this place and stay again in a heartbeat! I did not see any other place in Haucachina that compared to Senoma :) Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

This is a new hotel, very nice and clean , lovely restaurant and pool areas,spacious rooms. Given it's new, i think the staff are still finding their way and the service is the only reason i didnt give this a 5* review. My room wasn't cleaned until 5pm despite the hotel being relatively quiet. I always had to go up to the bar to order (for example at lunch and dinner). Breakfast isn't included (which I feel it should have been given the price of room and basic breakfast). At lunch i asked if i could swap the potates and vegetables (that came with chicken) for salad and chips, and was told I had to oder tbese separately. I would have mentioned these things in person to a manager but no one asked about my stay or how everything was going. Overall, the hospitality doesn’t match the hotel.

Everything was great. Juan was the best in the restaurant. Front desk staff were great. Property was beautiful. As a person who works hard so I can travel alot, improvement is needed with the amount of time food takes to reach the table. Not sure of there are not enough cooks in the back? Dinner was a 2 out of 10 and way too many American options. We are in Peru, one of the culinary capitals of the world. More traditional dishes are needed. Only reason we didn't go elsewhere was to not be rude since we already sat down. Breakfast, Juan is an amazing waitor, his personality and kindness

They didn't have my reservation on file even though i had a confirmation number, an email confirmation from expedia and within the app as well! One night the hot water wasnt working late at night, but the other days it was fine. The food was really good.
