「車位數量不足，若能預留車位會更好」

「I stayed for two nights in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Iron and iron board were provided. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It will be better if vendoring machine selling drinks is available. Also they forgot to clean my room after the first night, so I give them 4/5.」

「Check in 櫃位沒有幫助，餐廳也停業了」

「The hotel does not have its own on-site car park, even though the website suggests it does. Guests are directed to use the car park at the Novotel next door, which costs £8 for 24 hours. 」

「No air-con; the provided electrical fan was not working; sound proofing of the room was poor, I could hear the noise from my next room!」

「Nice place to attend sec conference」

「Hotel manger Monika is very helpful as I requested for twin bed but I found out that I did not mentioned on my booking. Rooms included free WiFi and location is good , just next to Charing Cross station and 15 mins walk to GLA central area.」
