Se non volete dormire la notte è il posto giusto , camere NON insonorizzate se il vicino apre la finestra lo sentite così pure se si toglie le scarpe . Pulizia scarsa della camera , copripiumino trovato nell'armadio pieno di macchie .... Sostituito alla richiesta .

Disappointing
Staff weren't very friendly (even when I attempted to speak to them in Spanish). Rooms weren't cleaned properly, ie- dirty towels. Food was very poor. However, poolside was nice and free drinks tokens were a nice idea

All-inclusive option is insanely good value for money and highly recommend. Hotel room walls are paper-thin so sleep can be difficult. Otherwise comfortable and clean. Overall, good value for the price paid, and would return.

Hôtel très bien situé, petit déjeuner copieux avec beaucoup de choix, par contre l'isolation sonore est médiocre. Choisissez cet établissement si vous faites la fête ou ne dormez pas beaucoup.

Forfærdeligt hotel. Det er angivet som et familiehotel, hvilket overhovedet ikke passer. Det er et partyhotel, hvor der er larm 24/7. Vi skulle have været der i 4 nætter, men vi tjekkede ud efter 2 nætter. Vi har aldrig oplevet noget lignende, og det er jo ikke fordi at det er et billigt hotel.

Room was outdated and dirty. It had a cigarette smell and we found chewing gum in one of the tables. Location was good, breakfast was ok also

Hotel deixou muito a desejar.
Quarto espaçoso mas com cheiro de mofo, banheiro horrível, fui com um grupo de 10 amigos e todos pagamos pelo “all inclusive” e não conseguimos beber nada no hotel pq as bebidas servidas eram muito ruins e de péssima qualidade tendo que inclusive comprar água após um determinado horário porque nem a água era de fácil acesso e após o horário só pagando mesmo.

Il personale sono maggior parte ragazze giovani un po’ inesperte. Simona invece è stata molto professionale e ci ha accolti in maniera ottima. Le camere vengono pulite, ma in maniera veloce veloce. Il cibo è fresco e molto vario. Le camere un disastro. Si sente tutto quello che i vicini fanno e dicono. Una notte non sono riuscita a dormire dal rumore.

We checked in very late at night, me and two others, and immediately the lady said the room was only for 2 although on my booking when I bought it, it said 3. Then she refused to help us find another room for someone else to stay and told us to go sit down and figure it out. She then was off her shift and left, giving us side eye as she did. We had to find another hotel for our 3rd person to stay at for the night. Upon entering the room it looked NOTHING like the pictures it advertises. Very musty, smells like cigarettes, weed, and mold. The view on the balcony looked out into a sketchy part of town, the toilet was dirty, and more. The pictures made it look like luxury but it really looked like a Motel 6. That night I was woken up at 6 in the morning to the people next to us partaking in intercourse, and because the walls are so thin you can here EVERYTHING!!! It was actually disgusting. Not only does this hotel advertise themselves terribly, but booking through Expedia made it worse because it doesn’t show the actual room you’ll be getting and makes it seem like you’re getting all inclusive access which you DO NOT! This hotel was so expensive and not worth the price. Very disappointed and will be sure to tell anyone i know not to stay here!

This hotel is full of drunk tourists shouting in the rooms and floor from 5pm to 8am, the walls are very thin and the food terrible. The hotel is very expensive, charges 60€ for a late check-out and don't even offer basic facilities like a kettle, coffee machine or tissues. If you go to Ibiza to do anything than party hard every night don't go there.
