"My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "

"事前に知らされていた電子ロックの鍵が使用できず、電話で問い合わせた所キーボックスにある補助鍵を使用するようにとの事。電子ロックの鍵は最初から壊れていたようで、それなら最初からキーボックスの番号を教えてくれていれば戸惑う事もなかったのにと思いました。部屋はまあまあ綺麗でしたが、据え置きの木製の箸にダニが湧いていてカトラリーと食器類は使う気がしませんでした。良い点としては、普通のアパートを借りる感じなので外出や帰宅時間を気兼ねせずできる事、駐車場が目の前な事、洗濯機と乾燥機が自由に使える事、安く滞在できる事などでしょうか。旅行に行ったら宿は寝るだけで朝から夜まで観光しまくりの我が家としては十分満足でした。"

"This was our second visit and the property was just as nice as before, if not better. Beautiful ocean view cottage, quiet location, private, with great amenities, including a/c, dehumidifier, kitchen, washing machine, drying (dehumidifier in the bathroom), and others. "The hotel is beautiful and well located on the beachfront. We had a stunning view. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The only thing we were very disappointed in was the poor level of English in the reception area. It was painful and at times impossible to inquire about anything. They have a service app that was helpful with most things but when it wasn’t working or it wasn’t a simple matter and you have to go through reception it is very difficult. "

"大人５人こども２人で、4泊5日で利用しました。普段あまり会えない少し高齢の母との最後のアクティブな旅行になるかもしれないので、母の過ごしやすそうなお宿なこともあり、数か月前に予約を取ってからとても楽しみにしていました。 Yugafuさんが、事前に確認、ご連絡してくださったので、とても安心して利用することができました。日本語のわからない旦那が予約の代表者だったのですが、英語でのコミュニケーションもとてもスムーズでした。 Villaに着くと、外の空間も中の空間も広々していて、清潔で、きれいに手入されていて、デザインも素敵で、調理器具、食器も充実していたので、家族みんな大興奮でした。間違えやすい、忘れやすいことについては、注意書きもしっかりされていたので、わかりやすくてよかったです。木製ブラインドのついている窓がたくさんあり、朝と昼間はブラインドを開けて自然光を取り入れて、夕方は全ての照明、晩はダウンライトのみにしたら、その度に、違った雰囲気を楽しめました。玄関の照明パネルが便利でした。天候がさえない日が多く、洗濯物が多かったので、大きめの洗濯機と乾燥機、物干しスタンド、ハンガー、扇風機にとても救われました。アメニティも、髪や肌に合っていて感動しました。また、予約時に子どもの年齢をお伝えしたところ、子ども用の食器、シート、踏み台などいろいろご用意いただいていました。玄関の扉のカランコロンの音がもう恋しく感じます。家族全員、計５日とても快適な時間を過ごすことができて大満足です。石垣島に行く機会があれば、また利用させていただきたいです。　注意点もしYugafuさんを予約されるのであれば、塩、コショウ、油などの調味料は一切置いていないので持ち込まれることをお勧めします。石垣市街地に２４時間オープンのマックスバリュもあります😊 "

"Staff are nice, room is clean, all other areas are so clean as well. Breakfast is so good every day. Had stayed there 3 times and never be disappointed. Only 5 minutes away from Miami-Cho area , so many options to choose from for dining. "

"部屋は割合と大きく、ベットも気持ち良く寝れました。離島フェリーターミナルから歩いて約10分と、便利な場所だと思います。食事は付いていませんが、飲食店も10分以内の所にあるので不便は感じませんでした。"

"We loved the layout of the Superior Bunk room for a family with teenagers. Pool and sauna areas were a highlight and a beautiful place to relax. The restaurant was a little pricey for Japan, but the food was excellent. If you have a car, I highly recommend this hotel. "
