Even though I confirmed whether I can receive laundry before my checkout or not and they replied “Yes”, I couldn’t get laundry when checked out. Reception said laundry can be provided 1 hour later but I left hotel because of another meeting. I asked reception that I came back 3 pm and give me laundry. "I stayed here for just a few hours . The place is awesome ! Staff very polite and courteous. I will certainly come back here next time I have to stay in Bangalore . The only difficulty I had was to reach the bath towels.. the rack is meant for 9 ft tall people not for 5 ft people like me ! 😄 apart from that I had a very relaxed and comfortable stay . "
