「In middle of night fire alarm was set off. We all had to evacuate, fire department showed up then left shorty after, with fire panel still in alarm! Fire devices still beeping in hallway 45mins after that! No explanation was given and no type of compensation or refund offered. When I followed up days later they stated simply don't refund the so called emergency. Even though the fore panel was never reset!」

「The room in my first stay on 10 May was very good and I have left a good review for the hotel . My second stay on 16 May however, was far from satisfactory . I still remember the room is 212 near the elevator which was not an issue . The issue is , the room was dirty and despair. I know this hotel is 2 star and the cost is low, but I still expect a minimum standard for dwelling . I recommend full maintenance for the room. Problems : 1. Dustballs which I cannot ignore , 2 .
