「I am in Ukraine to do volunteer work. Before moving to a flat in the city centre, my introduction to Lviv and to Ukraine was the gracious staff at the Hotel Maestral. I walked in the door after a long bus ride and border crossing on Saturday night. I was soooo tired. So, when I walked in the door, and the kind woman behind the desk greeted with, "We've been waiting for you!" and a smile, it warmed my heart. 「A lovely hotel within short walk to the old town centre. Modern amenities and friendly staff made for a very pleasant stay. Will definitely stay here again if I’m back in city.」

「A beautifully decorated hotel in downtown Lviv, close to everything. Good size room and bathroom. Cleaning service was excellent. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the area with heavy traffic. Ruslan ( I believe he is a reception manager) was very helpful with every need or question. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.」

「It is a great hotel in the heart of Downtown, right across the shopping mall, surrounded by restaurants. We had an awesome view from our windows. The room was clean, friendly staff, eazy check in/out. The only thing that was missing, it's a mini bar. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Lviv. You can't get a better place for this money.」
