Staff was really nice and helpful, hotel could do with some tlc. Overall not thr most luxurious hotel but had a little mini fridge which was nice, close to the train station and breakfast was alright.

Clean or not clean?

As always a very pleasant stay for the Steelfest festival. this year the hotel staff went bit further to please fest goers by blasting some black metal over speakers already during breakfast (feeling sorry, not sorry, for the normal guests, haha) some minor issues with the checking in. had asked for earlier check-in, never got reply it was fully in order. when arrived, asked about it, got bit snide reply there was no clean rooms. asked few times more, same answer. when asked last time, there was for the early check-in few of 20e. magical clean room suddenly...

Heli

Huone oli siisti ja respan henkilökunta mukavaa. Ravintola illallinen oli surkea. Olimme odottaneet hienoa dinneriä mutta ei ollut edes liinoja pöydällä. Söin kalaa. Se oli aika ok, mutta hieman liian kuiva. Kastike oli hyvää ja sitä olisi pitänyt olla enemmän koska kala oli paistettu aika kuivaksi. Esillepano ei ollut mitenkään erityisen kaunis. Lihaa syövät ympärilläni kertoivat syövänsä kumipalloa. Tarjoilijat tekivät useita virheitä, pudottelivat astioita, sotkivat yhden seurueemme jäsenen puseron, eivät tuoneet ruokaa kaikille samaan pöytään samaan aikaan. Aamiainen oli myös arveluttava....pikkutomaatteja oli kulhossa eikä niitä ollut tarkastettu vaan joukossa oli myös huonoja, homehtuneita. Medwurstia emme uskaltaneet ottaa olleenkaan koska se oli keskeltä ihan harmaa. Juustoviipaleet olivat kuivia reunoilta. Ei jaatkoon syömisen osalta tämä paikka.

Hotelli on sisältä paljon parempi, miltä ulkoa näyttää. Oli siistiä, ei tuu mieleen mitään huomautettavaa. Aamupala ihan huikea. Verhot hyvin pimensi huoneen.

Hyvä perusyöpyminen

Erittäin mukava hotelli. Ei mitään superluxususta, mutta kaikki siellä missä pitääkin. Siistiä, sekä huoneessa, että käytävällä, mukava ja puhdas vuode, huoneessa kaikki mukavuudet, hyvä ja reipas palvelu. Näkymä ikkunasta tosin autojen täyttämälle sisäpihalle. Kannattaa myös ajatella, mikäli olet huonojalkainen, että kerrokset ovat erittäin laajalla ja käytävät motellimaisen pitkät sekä hieman sokkelomaiset. Myös pysäköinti hieman hankalaa, mikäli omalla autolla saavut.

Pidin sijainnista. Melua ei kuulunut ulkoa eikä sisältä. Hyvä ja runsas aamupala. Parantamisen varaa aamupalan jakelussa ruuhkatilanteessa, lisää henkilökuntaa sesonkiaikana. Huoneen ja erityisesti kh:n siisteydessä petrattavaa, suihkuvesi lainehti kh: n lattialla eikä edes lattiapyyhettä vaihdettu.
