"We were delighted to have booked Le Provencal. The setting in Gien is perfect, with both easy access to the village and also front line access to the sea via the well maintained gardens, pool & bathing platforms. The pool area and coastline are magical. The service from all of the Le Provencal team was helpful and friendly, of particular note was the 'pool manager'. "Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sauber. Die Klimaanlage ist ein echtes Upgrade. Leider ist die Matratze im Bett eine Zumutung. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend. Leider gibt es für die Woche nur einen Satz Handtücher. Das Personal ist super freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage am Sandstrand und der saubere Pool sind toll. "Absolutamente VERGONZOSO. A recalcar, nada más llegar a la recepción la mujer que nos estaba atendiendo comenzó a burlarse de los tres que veníamos juntos por hablar en inglés. Éramos de tres nacionalidades diferentes y obviamente nos comunicamos en inglés y con ella también, por qué ninguno sabemos francés.
