I denne byen må du bruke bil for å komme deg plasser. Bra parkering på hotellet. Ellers er parkering vanskelig i selve byen.

Der Getränkeautomat im Erdgeschoß hat nicht funktioniert, keine Münzannahme, keine Getränkeausgabe trotz 3-maliger Abbuchungsvormerkung mit Debitcard. Habe kein Mail mit Zutrittscode erhalten, konnte daher nicht mit dem Auto auf das Hotelgelände fahren - musste außerhalb einen Parkplatz suchen.

Je n'ai pas pu m'enregistrer à 14h j'ai dû revenir à 16h30 au milieu de mes rendez-vous professionnels faire l'enregistrement. Il manquait 1€ 30 de taxe a regler à l'arrivee mais cela ne m'a pas ete demandé, impossible de m'enregistrer à la borne Et au téléphone, lorsque j'ai appelé le service commercial on ne m'a rien précisé non plus. J'ai dû faire l'enregistrement et regler 1.30 avec l'hôtesse

Avis mitigé

si la réservation réglée par CB était effective, aucun code ne m'a été transmis. A mon arrivée j'ai donc du attendre à 87 ans, avec la chaleur actuelle qu'un client sortant m'ouvre le portail, puis l'arrivée d'une secrétaire à 14H30 pour avoir enfin numéro de chambre et code d'accès. Ensuite ce fut normal.

Chambre 36 côté "circulation"

La prise de la réservation sur place mais sur écran car réception fermée n'a pas été simple. Heureusement qu'il y avait un interphone et j'ai pu me faire aider à distance pour le code du portail de parking, de l'établissement et de la chambre. Chambre 36 côté "circulation" donc pas top du tout surtout en heures de pointe. J'ai trouvé que le prix était élevé vu la surface de cette chambre. Si on petit déjeuner correct.

On peut faire mieux

Hôtel facile à trouver disposant d'un parking fermé ce qui est pratique quand on vient de loin et qu'on ne connaît pas le coin. Accueil correcte et le personnel de l'accueil est professionnel. La chambre en revanche n'est pas à la hauteur de l'attendu. La porte laisse échapper la chaleur et le bruit de la rue est sensiblement dérangeant malgré la fatigue. la chambre est petite à mon goût bien qu'elle soit correctement agencée; je me cognais le coude en me brossant les dents!!! et pour couronner le tout, un lit qui grinçait. le lendemain, le petit déjeuner ainsi que le personnel ont été à la hauteur de la marque. Je pensais revenir lors de mon prochain déplacement sur la ville mais je pense aller essayer un autre endroit. Cordialement,
