They were so very helpful with everything from check-in to check-out … Everything from arranging taxis to restaurants recommendations to directions on where to go, they were always ready to help me. 「I do not advise staying at the Ralf Hotel as the front desk staff were rude & unhelpful. The Hotel is well located but the air conditioning was not working & my room was uncomfortably hot across the two separate nights that I stayed in the hotel. 「Very difficult people at reception on two different stays denied that I had a reservation despite showing Expedia paid booking. First room had mold on walls and a tiny bathroom and required that we climb four sets of circular stairs at 2 am. Second room was much better and bathroom was fine but air conditioner did not work. Breakfast pastry was sometimes not fresh. Location was good but no one speaks English only French.」
