Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Property is listed with AC and free breakfast, but none of them were available. When enquired, the response was unprofessional. I was not expecting this kind of disconnect between what's listed in Expedia and the real perks at the hotel.
