Wi-Fi internet was fast and easy to connect. Breakfast was fresh but very limited. Staff was very friendly and professional. The area has a lot of traffic, and the surrounding areas were noisy. There are too many transportation drivers parked outside the hotel and are often harassing guests when you leave the property and seen fighting with each other over parking and trying to get guests to use their service and wait until you get in the car and try to discuss add-ons and commissions for their service.

Elderly couple were greeted well. Room was clean. Staff were good. We thought the room was paid for on Expedia, but the money didn't reach the hotel. So paid in cash at the hotel. Later verified with Expedia, the booking was done to be paid at the hotel. The hotel staff brought food and tea at 4pm, upon request, as their restaurant was closed. Check out was fine. Pro: Good hotel. Clean. Courteous and helpful staff; Con: Steps were high; Bathroom was a little high for Older people.

I usually don't write any review but I thought I will write this one. The only advantage this hotel has, it is near the consulate. I reached in the night 10.00 pm as I travelled from Pune for my Visa interview. I wanted few printouts (3 were important and 5 was not that important but good to have). I was told that there are so many photocopy shops near by. I thought i will take the printouts in the morning as it was late and I was tired after a 10hrs journey. So the inside room story. AC was not working. Fan was working, so It was okay for me. In the morning, after switching the geyser for bath, I saw the shower was not working (It was drizzling). There was a bucket and mug. I turned the knob but it was like a hand wrestling. Eventually I was able to turn and took the bath using bucket. When I came down for print outs at 8.30 (My interview was at 9.15). I was told by the reception lady that all the near by photo copy shops will open only after 9.00 or 10.00 am. I requested her for the printouts and I said I am okay to pay. Her tone was as if, I have asked for something very big. She said the cost would be 5 Rs per printout and I was okay with that. But then also, she was in a complaint mode as If i am asking for free or if she has to do some big manual work. It was not a good morning and I was little late for my interview. I came back post interview & it was 10.05 am. I asked that same lady and she said breakfast is all over and nothing is left. So i checked out.

Room they assigned us was terrible. The bathroom has no ventilation fan, the facuet was leaky, we could hear bathroom usage from neighboring room (imagine that). Electrical points were coming off of the wall. Entire room felt stinky. I would never return to this property neither would I recommend. Only good things about this property were the staff, the restaurant in it and proximity to the US Consulate.

Overall great hotel with courteous staff, clean room and awesome breakfast. They provide luggage storage facility after check out. Bathroom was clean with toiletries, but size is bathroom is small.

The room was spacious, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Walkable from US consulate and staffs were really friendly and professional. They even accommodated our need for a late checkout.
