This was the worst nighmare in my lifetime of online booking. The hotel property is nothing but a scam. The hotel did not honor the reservation. It was asked me to pay in cash. I paid 4000 Rupees in cash.
I called Expedia Customer Service on 15th Dec night and it was told me that the issue will be resolved in 2 days but nothing happened in 7 days so I called customer service again on 22nd Dec night and it was told me that property has not responded and we are going to prioritize the case (Case#: 23552046). If not resolved in a day or two, I will cancel OneKey Credit Card.
