"Rooms were clean, staff has been very helpful. However, the travel desk has messed up our pickup. We requested a vehicle that could hold 6 suitcases. However, they sent a vehicle that didn't meet our need. They have rectified it on contacting but the whole situation left us stranded at the airport for a short period."
