The property was very outdated , the toilet handle kept falling off , air conditioning hardly worked , paint peeling off the walls , we didn’t even shower because it did not look clean. Wouldn’t stay again.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Das Motel liegt an der Main Street in Hyannis. Möglichkeiten zum Shoppen, Essen und der Hafen kann locker zu Fuß erreicht werden. Beim Italiener um die Ecke gab es nicht nur Pizza, sondern auch Live Musik. Das Zimmer war sauber und der Service toll. Gerne wieder!

The room was small and quaint but just what I needed. It was close to everything and walking distance. Plenty of restaurants it was walking distance to the Hyannis Harbor. Had a great time I would come back for sure.

This little hotel may not have many amenities but it is clean and safe and best of all it is walking distance to so many things including the charming Hyannis downtown and the harbor, Kalmus beach, JFK museum, Ferry to Nantucket and so many amazing downtown restaurants. 2 bus lines come from the airport to the other side of downtown - you can bring your suitcase a safe15 minute walk from the bus terminal to this hotel. A great deal for people who don't feel like renting a car, love a deal, and are ok with some walking.

The Cape Cod Inn is a decent motel. The rooms are clean and spacious and quiet. We found it very convenient to park outside our door. It’s a very short walk to restaurants and shops and a ten minute walk to the ferry to either Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. Good value for the money, would definitely stay again.

The whole place is dated, but it served its purpose. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The shower is probably the best I’ve ever used in my life (probably because its output is 100 gallons per minute!). We did notice, like some other guests, a few ants. Only suggestion would be to have a few more electric outlets.
