「We stopped off in Hvar for a couple of nights en-route from Dubrovnik to Split and so glad we chose Dela. We had such a relaxing time there. It is a family run establishment and they really go out of their way to help and make your stay special. The Dela is located up a hill just out of town but the family are always on hand to pick you up or drop you off. We were picked up from the ferry and after dining out in the old town so nothing to worry about, it's a pleasant walk downhill into town...

「We loved Podstine Hotel. Great location near town but far enough that it is quiet and very private. The staff was very helpful, specially the waiters over breakfast and lunch, always answering our questions and giving us advise. The beach is pristine and very private. If we ever go back to Hvar, we would definitely stay here again.」

「Beautiful home on the hill with an infinity pool overlooking a private bay. This is a little piece of paradise outside the noise and the hustle and bustle of Hvar town, but only a 10 min drive away. The owner, Tony, is very friendly and accommodating and will drive you to town for 13 euros each way. It is about a 45 minute walk. Very secluded and peaceful! Perfect for a romantic get away or for families, but come prepared as there is nothing near by but 2 quite pricey restaurants. 」

「Perfect location and great selection of buffet breakfast! Although the room is relatively small, we were able to get a bit of the sea view. The room was a bit warm...even though we tried to lower the air con temperature, it automatically returned to the default temperature.」
