"clean room"

"The building is dilapidated. When I arrived I was told the parking lot was being refinished on the other side and I had to park on the opposite side of my room. The room smelled bad the walls were crumbling and they were absolutely no towels in the bathroom except for one floor mat. Which had something black stuck to it. I didn't notice I had no towels until the morning when it was time to take a shower but there is no front desk staff in the morning. Only a box to drop your key. It was $55 for this day and it really wasn't even worth $55"

"Very clean hotel. Comfortable bed and nice size rooms. Newer hotel so has a very fresh appeal. Good location about 20 minutes from Zion Park. Nice breakfast buffet quality. More then adequate Work out room and the the service is very good. My only complaint would be controlling the room temperature. Other than that it’s a good place to stay. "

(Tacos, steakhouse and Indian food). Also include breakfast and is only 20 mins drive from Zion National park. "
