"The room was never touched while we were there. They could have at least swept the floor. We heard concerns about safety due to people that hang around the back pool area at night. The bathroom door didnt even shut because it doesn’t fit. The coffee downstairs was awe full and there was none in the room. Certainly would not recommend. "

"The hallways smelt like weed and was coming into our room and we had our 3 year old and 16 year old with us and i mean literally our whole stay smelt like weed and we tried to tell staff at check out and they seemed not to care about our concerns and the young girl there was very rude "

"I didn't stay there; told them i wanted a refund, which they said they'd give. So why was i charged and it looks as if I actually stayed there? No. Unacceptable. "

"Outside grounds look good, inside smells horrible of cigarette, and weed smoke. Super hot upstairs, room was hot because the air was off and didnt even cool off through the night. There were also roaches. Yes, the gross kind. Towels, and linens were stained. Bathroom had 2 towels and one wash cloth. Had to hunt down staff to get enough for all of us. We stayed one night and found something else for the next night. "

"I wasn't there for shopping or work. I needed a good bed, clean shower and coffee early! No coffee pot in the room, office with old small coffee pot not open until 7 a.m. Shower/bath had spots of mold and attempts at a safety handle was in the wrong place etc. I had trouble getting to sleep and woke up with a sore back each night/morning of my stay. I did not see a live employee the entire time I was there. The only presence (I was out by 9:30a.m. and not back until 7 p.m. each day) is on a screen in the lobby and they had trouble communicating with me. I do have minor hearing problem but it has never been aa problem in real person to person communication or even on the phone. I f this is the new trend in 'affordable' hotel accommodations, I will be camping."

"The staff was great . Room was clean . Quiet and easy to get to . Just a mile from were i had to be Wednesday morning. Breakfast was hot and good Eggs, bacon , biscuits. Waffles All the good stuff . Will stay again. "

"Every thing was good and up to standards. The breakfast was standard but the person keeping the breakfast space top notch haven’t seen that in a long time at this level. "

"The condo was located perfectly for a family gateway with kids. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was stuffed with plenty of utensils. We enjoyed beautiful views of the gulf from our living room and the balconies all day long. I would definitely live to visit again."
