「Although some information was misleading it was a good hotel. Reads as all inclusive but in fact it is Not. It is a partial all inclusive. Staff was friendly but not well informed about the inclusions. Felt like I vacationed in Germany instead of Egypt. Lots of food catered to Germans/europeans. 「This Hotel is the perfect all rounder, I have come for 3 years now and keeps getting better each time! The facilities, food and entertainment is great for families and couples with the best balance of value. What really is standout is the staff, they are the most friendly and fun people you can imagine. The animation team are the best really good from Adam, MoMo and Hoem absolutely fantastic hospitality. In Hurgada gibt’s viel, viel bessere und schönere Hotels. Für dieses Hotel gebe ich nur ein Stern. Ich Reise über 32 Jahre nach Hurghada und solche Katastrophe hab ich noch nie erlebt.」
