Nice property

The hotel is nice and clean. The beach is great. The aqua park is amazing. The pools are excellent. The only problem is the restaurant. The food is varied but the way it is cooked is bad.

very very bad .Take 200 $for 6 hours. when i come to reception att 4:00 in morning. they most sent my money again for me or i will make case in the costume protection

Et af de dårligste hoteller, vi nogensinde har boet på. Dårlig service i receptionen, overfyldt og beskidt restaurant uden ledige borde, maden var ofte ikke færdig, og der manglede tallerkner og bestik. Toiletterne ved poolen var ulækre og uden toiletpapir. Da vi ankom, var vores værelser ikke klar, og vi måtte vente helt til kl. 18.30. Et ophold fyldt med skuffelser – absolut ikke pengene værd.

A fuir mobilier d’un autres temps repas tout juste correct si vous êtes pas difficile hôtel pratiquement inconnu des taxi je compte faire réclamation pour l’état de la chambre j’ai pris des photos fuite d’eau coffret h.s glace cassé porte fenêtre impossible à verrouiller porte des wc détérioré pas de porte salle de bain etc…..

Bij binnenkomen krijg je meteen een hele warme welkom door de receptionisten en guest relations. Heel mooie kamers. Eventuele gebreken worden direct aangepakt. Zeer mooi rustgevend restaurant met lekker en gevarieerd eten. Heel mooi, rustig en ruim zandstrand ideaal om te baden of snorkelen. Mooie propere zwembaden. Zeer korte transfer naar het aquapark. Er is airco in het shuttle busje. Op wandelafstand van winkels
