「Our stay here seemed fine at first and the decor is lovely however, it stated that there were only two steps into the front door and being that I was traveling with my disabled mother, this was vital information. However, we get there, and the front steps are two huge steps with zero railing. My mom struggled every day to get in and out and it was a hassle to bring her walker in and out too. 「Check in process made difficult with lack of communication - no towels - shower broken 」

「1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe. 3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....

「Room was ok but there were no towels not even a tea towel. It was clean and comfortable but bring a towel! Very close to town centre and the med restaurant under it was brilliant! I had to contact them to get the code. 」

「Unfortunately I booked this apartment last Saturday. When I booked the property I tried to contact the host to give me check in details and how to access the property. After several messages and trying to call on the number listed I had no response. I had to book another apartment to stay in. I'm still £445 out of picket and fighting with Expedia to get my full refund. Very poor sorry」
