「It is a magnificent property with great facilities. Well located enough. But Plattenberg is a plain soulless residential seaside town. No quality in terms of restaurants.
The property is closed to shops, cafés and beach (if you don’t mind the very steep hike back). 」

「A perfect place to unwind and enjoy the amazing weather and beautiful surroundings. Excellent clean and well designed accommodation, professional friendly staff that go out of their way to assist you and ensure you enjoy your stay. Delicious food for breakfast and at the 1777 restaurant.

「This is not “Wonderful “ as advertised. It has not been looked after with dirty old chairs and sunbeds, and unkept pool area and ground
There are dogs on site, which came into the food eating area several times. The owner removed them but didn’t control their return. The photos of the room was very misleading in the size..」
