「Room & hotel was clean and all is relatively new. Reminder to bring your white noise machine if insomniac, as hotel is in flight path from Louisville Airport, with UPS flights taking off every 5-7 minutes between 11 PM and 1 AM. Usually can counter this with running fan on room heat/air unit, but not an option at Tru.」

「The room was wonderfully decorated and clean, and the shower was amazing. Service was also great: Linda shlepped up a flight of stairs at 10 PM to get an extra coffee for me, and Kevin at the front desk was consistently friendly and professional. Wild Swann, the hotel restaurant, has both great food and drinks; I highly recommend the Beet Salad. If you get Travis as your bartender, you are in for a treat: this guy should be a comedian. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in...

「Breakfast was a nice addition and they seemed to keep it fully stocked during the breakfast hours. You will find a variety of items to pick from including eggs and either sausage or bacon. Staff was friendly and had no problems with check-in or check-out. Beds were comfortable and clean from what we could tell.」
