"First time staying at a place that does not provide shampoo. Additionally, there was not a blow dryer, alarm clock, or coffee maker in the room. If you need an iron, you can go to the office and borrow one that leaks everywhere. The worst part was the pillows that smelled like sweat. The sheets were clean but the actual pillows smelled disgusting."

"Clean room and bath. Lots of hot water. Front desk Tammy very nice and friendly. Breakfast was fruit, yogurt, cereals, waffles, juices and coffee. Clean breakfast area. Good location off IH 10. Plenty of parking."

"Air conditioner was barely adequate. Had no washcloths for a shower. No carafe for the in room coffee maker. Maid service apparently dropped my dental floss and broke it open as I had to crack it back open to put the spool back on the axle. "

"The rooms were kind of dirty the AC was not working right my blankets were dirty ripped they need to update their Linens and they need to clean the rooms better their breakfast was good overall I will give it a three but not all hotels are the same but this one was pretty old needs updating"

"Beautiful place to stay, fully equipped kitchen and condo. Everything you need to stay and relax in a amazing area with a lot to do with the family. Only wish they had on-site dining but everything else was amazing!!!"
