「We stayed with our young son for 3 nights in July 2024. The staff were absolutely lovely, so welcoming and helpful with everything we needed and great with interacting with our young son. The food - breakfast and dinner - is truly incredible with nothing too much trouble. 「Our room was recently renovated and perfect for our needs. We needed a one night stay while visiting my parents on Easter Sunday. Parking was a bit of a problem due to the holiday, but Steven was extremely helpful and went above and beyond by accompanying me to find a space. Plenty of dining options within a short walk, as is the beach. We wouldn't hesitate to book again. 」

「Stayed one night on road trip. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Ample, easy parking with the pub located only a short drive from Scarborough and Robin Hood's Bay. Breakfast was great with a large selection of alternatives cooked dishes, as well as the 'full English'. Overall good value. Would definitely stay again.」

「First sight of the hotel made me think its was a bit run down, outside paint work and car park (that was of a good size) needed some TLC. On going in the Hotel was busy, the 2 staff that where there were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was fine room was ok for me ( bathroom needed to be made over) i was in room 12 facing the road so if you a light sleeper not the best room as you face the main road. 「Its not the most stylish or modern of places to stay but it has a lovely feel to it. Staff are honest, i left my ear buds and they handed them in. The building is quirky but i was so relaxed with my kids cos there was nothing to break/damage. I could smoke on the balcony and no one cared. I will stay here again 100%」
